This box is an original design by Shirley Lehner Rhoades. The art nouveau design
is created with tiny dots of gold in a pattern on the lid and front and sides of
the box, on a base of deep red acrylic paint. A metallic gold painted wood knob
is attached to the lid. Sealed in a protective coat of polyurethane varnish.
