This original design by Shirley Lehner Rhoades is painted with leather dyes and
acrylics in a british tan and turquoise base. the beak is painted with turquoise
acrylic and metallic turquoise dotted accents. Gold leaf with a blue pattern
borders the design on the front and all the way around the back of the gourd.
Sealed with matte varnish. Peacock feather headdress.
